I've got jet lag because of the seven-hour time difference. When we travel long distances between time zones by jet plane, we usually suffer from jet lag. My body clock is out of synchronization with local time so I feel sleepy in early evening and I wake up too early in the morning. Hopefully, my jet lag will pass soon.
