本日のランチ

I often cook for myself at home. Today I cooked pork fillet and shishito. I sautéed them in olive oil, oregano and blue perilla ponzu.*

It was quick, easy and delicious. I ate it with my homemade bread.

富士山と山中湖

Yesterday, I went to Lake Yamanaka. It was my first time. I also visited a flower park there. I recommend going there. It's such a beautiful place.

I drove there via the countryside and mountain roads such as R64 and R413. I avoided toll roads. The route was very windy through valleys and mountains.

London Bridge English is closed for a few days holiday (27th June to 1st July). We will be open again on Saturday 2nd July for lessons as usual and a little party in the evening. Please join us!
