バレンタインパーティー

We will try two types of mulled wine:
  1. Cold white sweet and spicy wine from France
  2. Hot red sweet and spicy wine from Germany.
There will also be a cherry wine cocktail.

Mulled wine is very traditional in northern Europe during winter. Typically, the wine is flavoured with orange peel, cinnamon and clove, and sweetened with sugar or honey. Recipes can vary according to area and person.

In England, many pubs serve hot mulled wine in December; it really warms us up, makes our cheeks rosy and puts a smile on our faces.
